BL's field staff are a crucial part of our business, but the nature of fieldwork makes it hard for them to make live events during ESOP Month. We've always allowed events to be "DIY" for those who can't make it to the scheduled time, but that means field staff miss out on a big part of ESOP Month - the relationship building!

Your task this month is to partner up with a field staff member each week and find 15-30 minutes to connect! We have some specific games and activities for groups this year that are all designed to be quick and easy. We'll also have some field staff only activities to give extra opportunities to earn tickets. 

​

Participants in the "Pals by Post" event will earn 20 tickets per week, for a total of 60 raffle tickets. As a bonus for any events that must be done live (like a Happy Hour), field staff can still earn tickets for those events as long as their partner participated!

The first week will start on October 5th, so we're asking everyone who wishes to participate to sign up using the form below by EOB on October 1st.
